Cancellation Policy
In order to protect our clinic time, we require a credit card for all bookings and enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. To cancel your appointment, you must call and leave a message or you may cancel via the online booking portal. NO APPOINTMENT MODIFICATIONS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.
- $100 fee for cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment
- 50% of service booked will be charged for no-shows
